Design: Total viral RNA was extracted from domestic cat pharyngeal swab samples using the QIAamp Viral RNA Mini Kit (QIAGEN). Libraries were prepared using Illumina COVIDSeq Test and sequenced on an Illumina MiniSeq instrument with a Mid-Output Kit generating 150bp paired-end reads.
